Headlight Aim Control Parts???

I have bothered you all about this before, but I am wanting to still add the vertical aim control for the headlights, I can get all the parts except for the wireing harness, Can you see if your dealer carries the wireing harness for just the headlight aim control
or are there any wrecking or breaking yards where I can pay one of you to go and remove the vertical aim control wire harness,
i spoke with a guy from bmw na and he said that there is a retrofit kit to add the vertical aim control headlights to Z3's that are in Europe, Can someone call there local bmw dealer and tell them that they need the vertical aim control retro kit to add to there car so it is TUV legal
