RE: Which connector for radio install?
Hi
You can order only the Installation-Kit at your local BMW dealer, no problem. Have no idea about the part#, cause i've ordered the complete Kit with Harness,Antenna plug, GPS etc. You'll need an adapter-harness to connect your radio. The new BMW Connector ist called "Fakra". It's the same as for the new VW's (Golf V, Touran..). The Antenna-Adaptor is also called Fakra. If you have any problems in finding the items in Belgium, let me know, but it should'nt be a big problem for your dealer to order them for you.

Thanks Massimo
Got your mail also Will order the Installationkit tomorrow... have just removed the stock radio (and a huge scratch on the alu... I know, I know, should have taped it down..... )It's heart-warming to see that there is such a lot of friendship between Zeddie-owners!! greetings from Belgium! |
