Das habe ich noch nicht getan. Da jedoch die Abmessungen bekannt sind (nominal 15 mm dick) und das Material S355J2 bekannt ist und seine Eigenschaften gut dokumentiert sind, sollte ein Konstruktionsnachweis in jeder beliebigen Abmessung relativ berechenbar sein. Oder alternativ ist es viel massiver als alle Teile, die daran angeschraubt werden, und es ist durch Untersuchung empirisch offensichtlich, dass es robuster ist als erforderlich. Da die Bremssättel und Scheiben alle aus der 5er- und 7er-Reihe von BMW stammen, sollten sie logischerweise stärker sein als die E89-Version.

Hi Peter,

In order to get MOT/TÜV approval for my front brackets it was necessary to have them “engraved” in some way.

Have a look at my front brackets.

Maybe you'll find an option to add this "naming" on your brackets as well? ("VA" is VorderAchse, front axle)

I'll gonna have it (345mm version) discussed with my mechanic and maybe the former TÜV guy soon to clear an acceptance here in Germany.

I’m working on the rear brake hose sourcing from HEL also I offer a caliper cradle machine service for those that are not brave ..

345mm version being laser cut now then rebate machining takes another 7-10 days just to be aware of

"E89" would be welcome to show it's specific design. But I'll try to get it checked with the MOT guy.
