DE-linse for org. Z3 - HELP!

first, I'm from Denmark, so i writhe in English, and translate it by Babelfish. :)

I search some DE headlights for my Z3. No xenon whitout lense!

I found this, but it is from 2003 :

Anybody, how had heard about something like that?

As far as I know, there is no longer such a product available.

Actualy there are "Standlichtringe" for sale, but this is for self made retrofitting, its not a complete headlight product.

I have this "Standlichtringe" built in my standard headlights.

That's how it looks:

But it's not so easy to do this...
