Improved quality, reduced weight, more adjustable and perhaps better looking. The revised rear includes aluminum uniball rear damper mounts with titanium washers, adjustable dampers also providing adjustable ride height, titanium springs with improved rate, adjustable tubular anti roll bar with enhanced rate, enhanced anti roll bar mounts with far better bushing material, adjustable titanium drop links, revised, reduced weight control arms, replacement of certain mild steel pieces with billet aluminum versions, replacement of crush sleeve with enhanced billet aluminum piece, lightweight version of Quaife differential with enhanced differential cover, lighter weight, higher strength axle shafts, enhanced CV's with ceramic balls and cooling ribs, enhanced steel fasteners and titanium fasteners where appropriate, etc. Additionally, new brake system includes Brembo one piece aluminum calipers with aluminum/titanium pistons and titanium quick disconnect valves in place of bleed screws, Raychem covered lightweight stainless steel braided brake lines with machined titanium fittings, high temperature aluminum brake bells and slotted and drilled metal brake disks (to possibly be replaced with titanium disks).

this looks rather promising. Can you estimate the weight reduction? Is there also a kit for the front suspension? Where can you get it? What's the price?

This was done to my personal car by my company. There are similar improvements to the front of the car that I expect to post within 10 days. As to total weight savings including such things as a carbon fiber/titanium drive shaft and an entirely new exhaust system, we are currently estimating a total weight savings of approximately 215 lbs. (approximately 97.52 kg). Unfortunately, we are not in the retail business and, as such, the parts are not for sale. Es ist schon toll, sich die ganzen Änderungen von Robert in dem amerikanischen Forum mal anzuschauen. Leider macht er dies ausschließlich für Eigenbedarf, aber wenn ich mir die Teile so anschaue und überlege wieviel Aufwand die Produktion von solchen Teilen aus den gewählten Materialien bedeutet, glaube ich auch nicht, das viele bereit wären, dies zu bezahlen.

Es ist aber toll mal zu sehen, was möglich ist, wenn man die Möglichkeiten dazu hat und nicht auf die Kosten schauen muss

I forgot these pictures of four of the new pieces for the rear suspension. Next week I hope to finally post the somewhat improved front suspension. In any event, by the time all is done -- more than 20 pounds of unsprung weight removed from each er including approximately 12 pounds of rotating weight per er.
