need help for the height setting on kw suspension.

HI guys just got my kw v2 installed yesterday but i wasn't happy with the height at the moment cause it set on 35 on the front and 35 on the back. when i drove the car it like solid rock just way to hard. is there any way i can adjust the softnes and hardnes? and what is the prefect height combination for the v2 coilover? i use to have a none M suspension with a eibach spring and the height just abit too low for me so can some one sugest what is the best setting not too low and soft for daily drive? thank you very much

can some one tell me what is this thing actual do? cause i think they seem to making alot of noise can i take them out or i have to leave them on.
