Ich habe heute eine Aufstellung der fälligen Gebühren erhalten, wenn man in Belgien gegen die Auflagen der Rennleitung vrestößt. Ist ein bisschen teurer als in Deutschland:

1st degree​

1. - Not wearing seat belt;
2. - Not using indicators when requested;
3. - Riding a bicycle during the night without using lights;
4. - Driving on a bus lane when not permitted (solely to turn left or right);
5. - On a motorway, using the emergency lane when forbidden.

2nd degree​

1. - Running an amber light;
2. - Using mobile phone while driving (unless using a hands-free operating system);
3. - Overtaking/passing by the right when prohibited;
4. - For truck drivers: not keeping safety distance between two trucks;
5. - Not using rear fog light when mandatory;
6. - Illegal and dangerous parking or parking creating obstacle (obstructing traffic);
7. - Using parking slot restricted for handicapped people.

3rd degree​

1. - Running a red light;
2. - Not obeying a ‘overtaking /passing forbidden’ rule;
3. - Overtaking a vehicle which is already overtaking (more than 3 wheels parallel on your right);
4. - Endangering pedestrians or cyclists;
5. - Not obeying rules relating to the crossing of vehicles.

4th degree​

1. - Overtaking a vehicle on the left when approaching the top of the hill or in a bend (when the road is not designed to allow overtaking);
2. - Inciting other driver(s) to speed;
3. - Not obeying rules relating to level crossing;
4. - Making a U-turn on a motorway;
5. - Racing on a public way.

What about speeding!​

In a build-up area, in a school area, in a 30 kph area, in a residential area or a meeting area:
More than 1 kph above the limited speed with a maximum of 10 kph above.​

50 €​

From 11 kph above the limited speed with a maximum of 30 kph above.​

50 € + 10 € for each km above 10 kph
Example: 63 kph in a build-up area: 50 € + 3 times 10 € = 80 €​

More than 30 kph above the limited speed.​

Decision taken by the Court!​

On any other roads and motorways:
More than 1 kph above the limited speed with a maximum of 10 kph above.​

50 €​

From 11 kph above the limited speed with a maximum of 40 kph above.​

50 € + 5 € for each km above 10 kph
Example: 146 kph on a motorway: 50 € + 16 times 5 € = 130 €​

More than 40 kph above the limited speed.​

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs!​

From 0,22 up to 0,35 mg alcohol per litre of exhaled air (from 0,5 up to 0,8 ‰ per litre of blood)​

137,50 €​

From 0,35 up to 0,50 mg alcohol per litre of exhaled air (from 0,8 up to 1,2 ‰ per litre of blood)​

400 €​

From 0,50 up to 0,65 mg alcohol per litre of exhaled air (from 1,2 up to 1,5 ‰ per litre of blood)​

550 €​

From 0,65 mg alcohol per litre of exhaled air and above (from 1,5 ‰ per litre of blood)​

Was mir allerdings affällt; es kostet nichts, wenn die hier ständig mit Nebelschlußleuchte bei """" oder diesigem Wetter mit noch 500m Sicht rumfahren .
