As a Software Engineer in our Automotive Customer Engineering Team, you will be part of a strong and self-organized agile development team, building customer specific features and solutions for top-notch automotive companies. The following tasks and responsibilities are waiting for you:

- Participate in all stages of software development including refining product vision, gathering requirements, software system design, coding, testing, release and support
- Ensure software created and released conforms to auto-grade quality requirements by accurately writing and executing test plans and unit testing of developed code
- Investigation and root cause analysis of software and system defects
- Work with other teams and departments to achieve cross-functional goals
- Maintain and run tools and processes that support and automate software product release and deploy the development artifacts to a staging area for release to production
- Interact with customers/users to support software acceptance process and acts as a liaison between development and user community
- Mentor less experienced team members on technical matters
Qualifications:
You are an experienced Engineer with strong coding skills and passion for automotive navigation solutions? Please have a look at our requirements:
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or something related
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficient in C++ programming
- Proficient in one scripting language (e.g., python, perl, bash)
- Proficient in Linux operating system
- Familiarity with unit tests and Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)
- Experienced in embedded software development, ideally for automotive
- Proficient in one Source-Code management tool (e.g. git, gerrit)
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Experience with Qt and QML would be preferred
