Er möchte wissen, ob das rechte Licht aufleuchtet, wenn der Rückwärtsgang eingelegt ist. In England ist es umgekehrt: Rechte Lampe ist Nebelschlussleuchte und linke der Rückfahrscheinwerfer.
Aber im Prinzip kennt er doch schon die Antwort

The lights are controlled by the car wiring. I.e. when you plug the lamps into your car the reverse and fog lights do light up as ever.
You only have to exchange the bulbs. Red bulb to the right and white bulb to the left.

so,what you are saying is the lights,no matter if you buy them in Germany or England,are physically the same,correct?

Except that normally the cover of the inner white and red lamps are reversed.
In this case it makes no difference because both covers are white. The red color for the fog light is coming from the bulb.
I replaced my left lamp with an UK lamp. So the lamps look symmetrical, both inner lamp covers are white. I put a red bulb in the left lamp, to have a red fog light.
