Carly Adapter funktionier nicht: No response from ECU

Abend, ich habe mir letzte Woche einen Carly Adapter bestellt. Ich habe den Anleitungen gefolgt: Adapter eingesetzt, Motor gestartet Bluetooth Verbindung aufgebaut und versucht mich zu verbinden. Adapter Verbindung OK, aber mein Adapter kann keine ECUs finden.

Funktioniert bei mir der OBD Anschluss nicht? Ich habe es schon auch mit einem anderen Handy versucht, aber das liegt ja anscheinden auch nicht am Handy. Kann mir jemand helfen. Von Carly habe ich noch keine Antwort bekommen.

Warum schickst du das nicht an den Support von Carly?

Die können damit sicherlich mehr und schneller was anfangen...

kommt leider seit tagen keine Antwort von denen, ich dachte es würde sich hier jemand auskennen, woran das liegen könnte

Hast du direkt aus der App die Jungs von Carly angeschrieben, das Protokoll mitgeschickt? Da dauert es normalerweise keine 24h bis geantwortet wird.

Vielleicht gibt es in Deiner Nähe noch jemand der Carly nutzt.
Dann könnte man die Adapter tauschen bzw. testen.
