Hilfe! I can't find the fuses!

My automatic roof does not work, so I want to check the fuses, but can't find them. According to the manual they should be placed in the hand locker, but can't find them???

Can anybody help?

Genau diese blöde Bedienungsanleitung habe ich auch, aber so geht es nicht du musst den "Stoßdämpfer" links vorher aushängen. Weiß auch nicht warum da am Anfang falsche Anleitungen drin waren.

Thanks Ulli. Your manual corresponded with my Zetti, and my own manual is wrong on this subject b: . See below. I found the fuses and they were all OK

What can be wrong with the automatic roof?

Maybe it is the roofbox in the trunk, if you lift it, the automatic roof won't work!

No there is no switch or light that indicates that! You have to look on your own.
What happens if you press the "roof-button"? Can you hear a motor sound? Is the LED burning or blinking?

No "motor sound", when I press the button, but the LED illuminates (not blinking).

Normally the windows will open a little before the roof opens, but they don't. The windows work fine, when activated from the normal switches in the door.

I went to see BMW today and together we found out that the switch that indicates that the "verdeckkasten" is down was broken. Probably caused by stuffed trunk

My switch was already times defective. In addition, then the yellow control light would have had to shine.

I had a similar problem at the beginning.
The switch doesnt react properly.
Do you have a steady orange lamp when you try to open the roof ?
Try the following: switch the roofbox to the up position an then release it
that it goes down a lil bit quicker, that solved it for me. I did it a couple of times.
Had never any problems after that, maybe parts of the box are
a little bit stuck or the switch is defective.
While it looked as it were on the "down" position, the appropriate switch
didnt signal it.
