Mein 2009 Z4 35i ESS

Hi BmwZ,

I really like the looks of the car and deeply respect the time and effort you're putting into it :t. In a positive way: you guys in the scandinavian countries are a bit nuts, aren't you? Everytime I see one of your cars, it is of high quality, clean and detailed. I hope you keep up the posting of those pictures (more in open air)!

Cheers, Sven.

Maybe the reason is, that someone who isnt interested in his car wouldnt show it on a site like this ... :p :P

nice car, but:
it seems like you are selling cars, the z4 as well.
do you think, you will find anybody paying the price for the car to compensate the money you still put in it?!

No, as "spoon" says I just work for the company.

I know this is money that I will be struggling to get back. But thats ok, I just love to make it my own "special one":D

Thanks:thumbsup:

I is a lot of nice build here in Scandinavia, but most have a goal of extremely much horsepower. That`s not me, I like a big engine, but also when details are spent time for

I participated on a local tuning show here in Norway yesterday:) :-)

Here`s a picture from the event with a ESS Supercharged M3

Sorry but the photos was taken with my cellphone:oops:

Then I drove it outside for some real power testing.

The results was disappointing, only 312whp and 457wnm:g , but I think this dyno also was really hard on other cars. Like a BMW E92 M3 with ESS supercharger and VT650 kit. It only produced 517whp:cry:

Hello BmwZ (what is your first name?), I think this result is very good, isn't it? If you have the ESS from the 1M I would expect this kind of power output on the rear axle. Or is it just the basic settings AND tuned? What power output did they promise you?

Kind regards, Sven

Hello! Mine name ist Per Inge:) :-)

I don`t really think this is good, all other dyno result I have seen on this car with ESS has 340-360whp. But maby this dyno is telling the truth:confused:

Here`s the 1M stage1 from the ESS homepage, it shows before and after tune and the torque is in ft-lbs that gives 553nm on wheels with the tune:

Hello Per Inge,

As the calculation of the power is prone to quite some variation (tolerances), it is possible that you have some differences there. But, looking at your figures, it looks like you 'only' have got the standard 1M setup or 35is (340 hp / 450NM) without the overboost. I guess, there is someone who has to explain a lot to you....

Keep up the good work, Sven
