ebc red stuff is good for this...
pagid yellow on ATE Power discs oder EBC Discs are good wenn the brake is hot.
in cold they are bad

Fading? Not enough brake power?
For the M brake are a lot of brakepads available. I use a special version of the ATE Powerdisc with Hawk brakepads.
The performance is extraordinary when hot (cold same as BMW parts) but they make terrible noises (cold and hot) and produce more dust than the original BMW spareparts. Moreover they are not streetlegal.
