What is the good ET for wheels in 18"

Hello, i want to put rims in 18" but i don't know the right ET .
I see breyton rims in 18" with 30ET in front of and 35 ET for the rear rims
cause i want to put 8.5x18/ in front of and 9.5x18 for the rear.
i know that ET 38 is for the genuine rims in 17".
Thanks to help me

8,5" ET38 - VA (Breyton)

ok but these wheels are ok or not for my car
The ET for rear is 30
And the ET for front is 35.

Federhersteller: Fa. Eibach

Tieferlegung VA: 30 mm

Tieferlegung HA: 25 mm

i can put these size 225x40 x ZR 18 92Y for tyres
and 8.5 x18 ET 35 for wheels ?
