So two months have gone by and the only thing I have been doing is now essentially ready. Even after the latest photos I still further refined somethings the first customer commented in person.
But lets start from the beginning. If I start to write about progress, I will be still writing this at the morning so lets go with images.
I spent about a mounth just working on the scans alone and obviously since the end pieces and the wing were all crooked, and I am not into copying anyone else, all that was essentially thrown into trash.
Old fatty:
Bringing my own real and very well working wing into picture.
Two angles. One to match the very raked ACS ductail angle. And one 16,5° lower angle in real working, non stalling wing angle.
Ofcourse the whole wing exists in the boundary layer zone of the rear of the roof, so unlike my usual parts, this might be more visual aid in a sense.
2 weeks ago:
Propably 100 hours more done after this picture: Low angle
High angle:
Mounting it as sturdyly as possible:
Ready for first production:
An another idea, cut sports leg as an option:
First fitment after successful joinery:
Lower angle:
And on next post telling where we are now.

Here it is ready to be packed and shipped. Another new thing is that I provide 2 pair of legs. First pair mounts identically to wing but is used to accurately clamp down into the roof covering piece of trunk and then drilled with 9mm drill bit to get accurate holes for the bolts. That Is why I bumped prices 50€ up as this adds two more pieces.
